WSG Tirol presented a new signing for its defense on Monday: Benjamin Böckle is joining the team. The 23-year-old left-back comes on a season-long loan from league competitor SK Rapid.

What does the transfer mean for WSG Tirol?

The Vorarlberger joined Rapid last summer and made 13 appearances for the team in the previous season.

WSG manager Stefan Köck said about the signing: „With Benjamin Böckle, our WSG Tirol gets a very well-trained player who, with his ambitious but also down-to-earth nature, fits perfectly into our club both sportingly and humanly.“
